Nicolas studied at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan and worked with the luxury women's fashion label Tristano Onofri in Düsseldorf. What he took from fashion: attention to detail, aesthetic judgement, and the understanding that quality starts at the beginning of the process — not the end.
Captivated by Moraira — where his family had holidayed — Nicolas made the move. He entered real estate through a building company in Calpe, became Sales Director within a year, and understood quickly what the international buyer was missing: honest coordination across every step of the process.
Co-founded Jetvillas in 2001. By 2009, a 50/50 partner in the associated building company — the full Jetvillas Group. Under his leadership: ISO 9001 certification. The Best Property Agent Award. 500+ properties sold. 50+ build projects. A reputation built on one thing: not cutting corners.
In 2024, Nicolas sold his shares in Jetvillas to focus on select projects and private clients. No corporate overhead. No junior agents. One person, working with a small network of the best professionals in the region, on a limited number of projects at a time.
